Submission Deadline
CHIA has issued the Community Health Centers’ (CHC) Cost report for Fiscal Year (FY2023). The reports are used by CHIA and other public entities to monitor costs and to develop health care payment policy. CHCs must submit their data in accordance with 957 CMR 6.00 and the filing requirements set out in the cost report filing instructions, which can be found in the blue box on the right of this page.
This will be the first year that CHIA is deploying an excel-based CHC cost report. This format differs from the INET cost reports deployed in the CHCs. CHIA intends to resume annual cost report collections starting with 2023’s CHC Cost Report. Please reference the instructions document for information on completing the new CHC Cost Report.
If you cannot find your provider name in the CHC Cost Report or you are a new filer with CHIA, you must fill out, scan, and email a User Agreement and a Business Partner Security Agreement form to CostReports.Pricing@chiamass.gov before you begin working on the cost report and attempt to submit a completed cost report.
The CHC Cost Reports and financial statements are due no later than August 26, 2024.
